We collect the information you give us when you register, book a service, order a prescription or contact us. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, NHS number where relevant, and clinical information needed to deliver pharmacy services.
Why we use it
We use your information to provide pharmacy services, fulfil prescriptions, run safety and effectiveness checks, send reminders, and meet our regulatory obligations as a GPhC-registered pharmacy.
Who we share it with
We share information with the NHS Spine, your GP, NHS Business Services Authority and other healthcare professionals where this is needed for your care or required by law. We never sell your data.
Your rights
