The terms that govern your use of Kindleaf services and website.
These terms apply when you use Kindleaf services in store, online or via the Kindleaf app. By booking a service, ordering a prescription or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to them.
Who we are
Kindleaf Ltd is a community pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (1099421). Our superintendent pharmacist is Priya Shah, MPharm.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed by email. Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a paid private appointment, otherwise a £15 fee may apply. NHS appointments are free; we ask the same notice as a courtesy.
Pricing
Prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication. Final pricing for vaccinations and weight-loss medication is confirmed in clinic after your consultation.
Clinical liability
All services are delivered under the clinical governance of our superintendent pharmacist. If you have a clinical concern, contact us immediately on 020 7946 0218 or call 111.
Complaints
Email [email protected]. We respond within five working days and follow the GPhC complaint procedure.
